Tools For Best Results

Compound mitre saw with a finish saw blade (80 tooth or higher blade recommended)

Pin Nailer that will shoot up to a 2˝ nail (23 gauge headless recommended)

Installs With Ease

Install

1) Cut your FinTek mouldings to length with the compound miter saw and install using the pin nailer.

Fill

2) Prior to filling of nail holes we suggest thoroughly cleaning and removing all dust and debris from the moulding surfaces. In addition make sure all tools & applicators are clean and free of debris. Fill all holes with FinTek color matched wax fill stick. Build up a small amount of wax over each hole to ensure it is completely filled.

3) Look for visible seams and gaps and fill with FinTek color matched putty. Press putty into the seams and gaps until the putty fills the void.

4) Return back to the filled nail holes and with firm pressure scrape the excess wax and putty off with the FinTek plastic scraper card making sure not to remove the wax and putty from the hole.

5) Apply a small bead of FinTek color matched caulking over shadow lines and seams between the wall and moulding. Follow all instructions on the tube.

6) Finally go back and touch up any areas as needed with the FinTek color matched spray enamel making sure to protect the surrounding area from overspray.
